Couture back against Jacaré

Retired from the octagon since his last loss to Chuck Liddell, in last February, Randy Couture, 43, is about to go back into the rings and rest a bit from his career on the mics, as the most feared UFC interviewer and host in America. As GRACIEMAG.com publishes in first hand, former both middle-heavyweight and heavyweight champion will be starring next X-Mission, submission wrestling tournament promoted by his partner Rico Chiaparelli with PSL, scheduled to November 17th.

rAw Team founder, Chiaparelli was responsible for bringing Randy to MMA world when he still competed for the US Greco-roman team, in 1997. To face one of the greatest UFC myth, X-Mission called young BJJ star Ronaldo “Jacaré” Souza, two times absolute world champion. “Let’s see what happens. I hope the Alligator smiles in the end”, says Ronaldo, who is already in LA, training at rAw.

The X-Mission will be held next November 17th at the Culver Culver City Veterans Memorial Auditorium, in California. Besides Randy Couture vs. Ronaldo Jacaré, stars such as Marcelinho Garcia, Jake Shields, Javier Vasquez, Jeff Glover, Shane Rice and Bill Cooper will also be in action.
